Anytime I have have had to add/switch/adjust something on my policy- she is very quick to respond. I really love knowing I can shoot a text, phone call, or email to an agency that is so personable. Their customer service is incomparable. Thank you, Kourtney! UPDATE 5/31/23- been over 3 years with Kourtney and Lisa sims agency. I’ve been provided other quotes, but this agency still takes the cake. Always available. Always willing to help and provide a policy that best fits. Her breadth of knowledge has been extremely helpful in navigating insurance requirements for TX. In addition, her customer service is top notch. She stays in contact to provide updates and is always gracious and friendly.

Found Lisa online after getting ignored by another agent. I really appreciate the swift and thoughtful response in helping me find a new car auto policy. I got a lower quote than AAA and she matched my needs for auto insurance.

Im not recommended anything this insurance and location. They are treatment horrible and not friendly.
